What is included in the price?
Everything. A$75 per user per month including GST (A$68.18 + GST) covers the full contact centre (IVR, queues, routing, callbacks, wallboard, SLA and reporting) plus recording, transcription and AI summaries of every call, Australian hosting and support.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who takes calls through Rewind or has calls recorded. Rewind counts them automatically as they're added, and each month is billed on its highest count.
What happens if we use a lot of minutes?
Each user adds 1,500 minutes to a pool shared across your organisation. Beyond the pool, minutes are A$0.03 + GST each. Most organisations never reach it.
Do we pay Rewind for call charges?
No. Your call charges stay with your existing carrier on your existing plan: Calling Plans, Operator Connect or Direct Routing.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Rewind has a 7-day free trial with no credit card. You can also take the guided tour on simulated data before connecting Teams.
What Microsoft licences do we need?
Agents need Microsoft Teams Phone with Enterprise Voice, and your numbers come from Calling Plans, Operator Connect or Direct Routing. Rewind doesn't need any extra Microsoft licence for itself.
