Organisations that buy through the Microsoft commercial marketplace pay Microsoft, which receives the purchaser's billing details and the usage we report (users and minutes); it never receives call or chat content. Organisations we invoice directly are billed by us. We do not use a card payment processor. See also our privacy policy and terms of service.
